Mix a 1kg bag of Chocolate Frappe to 3 Litres Milk and 2 Litres Water

To add to a Slushie Machine:

Mix 1 and 1/2 Bags (1.5kgs) of Frappe mix with 4.5 Litres Milk and 3 Litres Water and will make 9 Litres of Frozen Frappe.
